COVER STORY
New Trends on the Polymer Chemistry of Adhesive Materials and Products
A large amount of polymer materials and products, which have adhesive and detachment properties, are developed recently. They are applied to the high value-added applications such as in electricity or electronic goods, in medical care, in cosmetics and so on. In addition, the progress of analytical techniques and simulation technologies remarkably
contribute to elucidate the mechanism of adhesion and detachment. In this special feature, the latest science and technology in the technical area related to adhesion and exfoliation are taken into focus.
