COVER STORY
Polymer Science by Quantum Beam Source
Quantum beam sources such as synchrotron, neutron, and positron accelerators give researchers exciting opportunities for advanced research. To promote the research activities, newly designed beam-lines and facilities with best performance are under construction in Japan, and will also open to not only academic users but also collaborative research groups of industry and academia, industrial applications and so forth. Taking this situation into consideration, our special issue presents state-of-the-art information and a future perspective of polymer science employing quantum beam sources.
