COVER STORY Marriage Between Scattering and Rheology |
For a full understanding of the nature of polymers, it is important to understand both their structure and dynamics. Scattering and rheological measurements are two of the representative methodologies for such purposes. Both methodologies require professional knowledge to analyze the data correctly, and even to achieve meaningful data. On the other hand, if we use them synergistically, we will be able to deeply understand the fundamentals of polymers based on the structure and dynamics. The present issue focuses on studies that reached their conclusions by the synergetic use of scattering and rheological methodologies.
