COVER STORY Cross and Inter Disciplinary Research |
“Cross-Disciplinary” and “Inter-Disciplinary” research is important in the creation of innovations, and various attempts are made in industry, government and academia. New discoveries and inventions are created from cross-disciplinary collaborations across various research fields and studies in new research areas that fuse different fields. In this special issue, we will focus on cross and inter disciplinary collaboration research related to polymers, polymer investigations based on a knowledge of other different fields, and studies in other different fields based on a knowledge of polymer fields. Recent research related to various fields such as art, medicine, food, agriculture, mechanical systems, and cells is introduced. Editors: KAMATA, NARUTAKI, NISHINA and HIGUCHI |
