The presentation are 2 patterns usually,one is "oral",and the other is "poster" . And from this year, we add the new presentation style; only "english oral presentation".
We accept the presentation, according to a classify of general theme. In rotation, theme of this year is as follows;
（1）Polymer structure・Polymer physics、Polymer function、Polymer industry・Engineeringcan be selected by presentater"Oral presentation" , "Poster presentation" and "english oral presentation".
However, we request to change the presentation type cause of the place, or something problem. The decision, please leave it to the steering committee.
(2)The theme of Polymer chemistry,Biological macromolecule,Polymer related to living body,Environment and Polymerare accepted"Poster presentation" or "English oral presentation".
◆About the session of only『English oral presentation』◆
We make this session for the participants from various foreign countries ,especially Asian nations in the vicinity. And also, to more easier understanding and to be easy take part in a debate. We hope the animately debate, with the invited speakers also. Please participate willingly.
（It is also possible to choose the usual oral presentation in English. The difference of this session, is all the other presentation is also the English speeking.）

Each Oral presentation time is 15 minutes,（12 minutes for presentaion, 2 minutes for debate and 1 minute for alternate）.
For the oral presentation, we use the liquid crystal projector. Please bring each notebook computer. |

120 minutes, for the 1 poster presentaion.(10 minutes for sticking poster, 40minutes for presentation, 60 minutes for exibition time, 10 minutes for removal.), we scheduled the frequency 4 times a day（last day is 2 times）.
The panel size will be 90cm (length)×180cm(side)for poster.
Describe a English title in parallel with Japanese, do not make the title Japanese only or Engilsh only. Describe in English, all the explanations ,the characters of figure, the table, and the
photograph, etc... in the poster. |

More than three announcements of oral presentation which is from the same laboratory, we may change to a poster presentation, one part of these. |

The announcement number, the announcement date, and the announcement type are reported in the beginning of February after the program is organized. With this notification, we will send the electronic contribution method of manuscript etc. |

We do not admit any change about your announcement, after your registration. When cancellate your announcement,contact us immediately as describe the announcement section and the receipt number clearly .
