June 15,2016.June 30,2016. - Upload one page of manuscript PDF file for preprints by August 31, 2016.

- All speakers are required to register to the conference and to pay the registration fee from April 1 to August 31, 2016.
Note: Your paper will only be included in the program after confirming your payment within the deadline.
- After the payment procedure is completed, we kindly ask you to send the following information to the secretariat by e-mail.

Instraction for Coauthors and Attendees except Speakers
- Coauther and attendees except speakers are requested to register to the conference from September 1 to November 4, 2016, and to pay registration fee by November 4, 2016, if they hope to apply for early registration option to save on registration fee.

Presenting author of a poster aged 35 or under as of April 1, 2016 is able to apply for Poster Award when you register paper. Some scientific journals will support Poster Award.
