Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your registration due to a change in plans, please e-mail the IPC2016 secretariat. You will be issued a refund by the following refund scheme:
・On and before November 4, 2016: Full refund of all payments.
・On and after November 5, 2016: No refunds.
We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
