Registration and Payment for Presenters: October 28, 2022 to January 16, 2023 January 25, 2023 (Japan time)
Registration for Attendees: March 15 to July 7, 2023 (Japan time)
(except Presenters.)
* Registration will not be accepted on the day of the conference.

* Active and Family Banquet fee: Free of charge.
Student Banquet fee: JPY 10,000.
* "Family" means participant's spouse and children.
* Consumption tax included.
* Credit card or convenience store payment are acceptable methods of payment. Convenience store payment is available in Japan only.

Early bird: March 15, 2023 - May 10, 2023
Regular: May 11, 2023 - July 7, 2023
* In order to prevent spreading of the Novel Coronavirus-infected Pneumonia, there is the possibility to alternate banquet and welcome party to others or to cancel it.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your registration due to a change in plans, please e-mail the IPC2023 secretariat. You will be issued a refund by the following refund scheme:
・Presenters: Cancelling on and before March 20, 2023 will be full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after March 21, 2023 will not receive a refund.
・Attendees: Cancelling on and before May 10, 2023 will be full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after May 11, 2023 will not receive a refund.
We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
