・Aug. 25, 2023: 55 winners of IPC2023 Poster Awards were selected.

・Jul. 10, 2023: Announcement to presenters_Preparation for Presentation and Presentation on the day.

・Jul. 5, 2023: Call for Pre-registration for STAM Luncheon Seminar on July 20.

・Jul. 4, 2023: Preprints were opened.

・Jun. 7, 2023: The Scientific Program has been completed!! (flexible update).

・May 1, 2023: IPC2023 will offer nursery service with qualified staff for the participants with children for a fee. Acceptable ages are 6 months old up to 6 years old. If you intend to use the service, please contact us via email by June 13, 2023.

・Mar. 15, 2023: Registration for Attendees (except Presenters) opened!

・Jan. 16, 2023: The deadline of the Registration for Presenters has been extended until Jan. 25 (japan time)!

Attendees to IPC2023 should wear the conference badge in the Sapporo Convention Center, any facility of the center, or while attending conferences to show that you are authorized to be there.

COVID-19

- If attendees would be in poor health due to COVID-19 or its variant strains, please refrain from attending.
- SPSJ is recommending that all attendees and conference staff wear a face mask while in the Sapporo Convention Center and any facility of the center, or while attending the conference.

How to use

CLOAKROOM

IPC2023 do not have cloakroom in the Sapporo Convention Center, so please look after your personal belongings. There are coin lockers located next to Information in the center, we propose that you will use them for taking care of personal belongings.

POWER SUPPLY

In IPC2023, you will not be able to use power supply to charge your personal PC and mobile phone. We propose to bring spare battery or power bank for your PC, mobile phone and so on.

NOTICE FOR PRESENTERS

- Oral Presentations
Please bring your laptop PC for your presentation, and presentation data in PDF format on USB separately for the occasion of machine troubles on your presentation. LCD projectors and cables to connect your laptop PC to LCD projectors using standard HDMI (Type A) connection will be provided for oral presentation session. Please bring necessary adaptors if you need to connect your laptop PC to the cable with standard HDMI connection.
Please check-in at the session registration desk in front of each room for presentation at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation and take the seat in the "Next Presenter’s Seat" at the front of the room before the previous presentation starts.

-Poster Presentation
Please check-in at the session registration desk. Receive a pointing stick and mount your poster on the assigned poster board. After your presentation, return the pointing stick to the registration desk of the room for poster presentation.

Since 1984, The Society of Polymer Science, Japan (SPSJ) has organized SPSJ International Polymer Conferences (IPC) to provide the world polymer community with opportunities to meet and discuss most updated topics in polymer science and technology. We have pleasure in announcing that the 13th SPSJ International Polymer Conference (IPC 2023) will be held in Hokkaido from July 18 through 21, 2023.
