Registration and Payment Deadlines for Presenters: January 9 10:00am (Japan Standard Time) on Friday, January 24, 2025
Registration for Attendees: March 19 - June 19, 2025
(except Presenters.)
* Registration will not be accepted on the day of the conference.

* Participant and Family members Banquet fee: Free of charge.
Student Banquet fee: JPY 15,000.

* Credit card or convenience store payment are acceptable methods of payment. Convenience store payment is available in Japan only. Credit card payment is accepted only through VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, and Diners.

Early bird - April 30, 2025
Regular - June 19, 2025
* To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus-related pneumonia, the welcome party and banquet may be altered or caneled.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your registration due to a change in plans, please e-mail the PPC19 secretariat. You will be issued a refund by the following refund scheme:
・Presenters: Cancelling on or before January 9 10:00am (JST) on Friday, January 24, 2025 will result in a full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after January 10 January 21, 2025 will not a refund.
・Attendees: Cancelling on or before April 30, 2025 will be full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after May 1, 2025 will not result in a refund.
We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
