Registration and Payment Deadlines for Presenters: January 9, 2025
Registration for Attendees: March 19 - June 19, 2025 (Japan time)
(except Presenters.)
* Registration will not be accepted on the day of the conference.

* Participant and Family members Banquet fee: Free of charge.
Student Banquet fee: JPY 15,000.
* Family members are limited to participant's partoner and/or children.

* Credit card or convenience store payment are acceptable methods of payment. Convenience store payment is available in Japan only.

Regular - June 19, 2025
* To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus-related pneumonia, the welcome party and banquet may be altered or caneled.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your registration due to a change in plans, please e-mail the PPC19 secretariat. You will be issued a refund by the following refund scheme:
・Presenters: Cancelling on or before January 9, 2025 will result in a full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after January 10, 2025 will not a refund.
・Attendees: Cancelling on or before April 30, 2025 will be full refund of all payments. Cancelling on or after May 1, 2025 will not result in a refund.
We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
